The Microstructural Degradation of Ni-Based Superalloys with Segregation under the Super-Gravity Condition

چکیده

The Ni-based superalloy is used as the turbine blade, which subject to coupling effect of temperature and super-gravity during service. As superalloys are difficult become homogenous after using solid solution heat treatment, a study on morphology composition distribution Ni-base with segregation microstructural degradation necessary. This investigates microstructure ex-service blade cast samples subjected high-temperature centrifugal test. difference in size shape factor γ′ phase decreased stress caused by condition, indicating higher magnitude homogenization degree. will also promote merge sub-grain boundaries, leading lower density orientational deviation boundaries.
